About
I am Christa Hooijer, director of Science & Technology at TNO Defense, Safety & Security. I studied engineering physics at the University of Twente and then at the VU in Amsterdam. I have been working for TNO for a few years now: we bring science to practice and generate solutions that benefit people.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
There is no set route to success, which takes many forms. Be guided by your own heart, and not by expectations of others.
