About
Born and brought up in a joint family in India, I grew up inspired by my family and surroundings. I witnessed my father pour his heart, hard work, and business acumen into building a successful legacy. I always dreamt of becoming an entrepreneur just like him. To achieve my dream, I pursued my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in India followed by a Master’s degree in Process & Energy Technology from TU Delft in The Netherlands. After masters, I joined a startup (Synext) at YES Delft, where I stumbled upon the fascinating realm of nanofluids during my research. It was intriguing and gave me an opportunity to lay the foundation of Synano. With Synano, I embarked on a mission to revolutionize the thermal management industry with nanotechnology. The journey has been remarkable. Every challenge we face becomes an opportunity to innovate, and the thrill of creating something new every day propels us forward. With my team and family’s support, I’m on a mission, driven by the belief that nanotechnology can make our world more sustainable and energy efficient.
What qualities do you think are essential for success?
Success is built on perseverance and maintaining a positive outlook. It’s easy to want to quit when facing difficulties, but that’s the surest path to defeat. You have to be willing to keep pushing forward through problems instead of leaving the game. Look for the light even in your darkest hours. We all deal with issues, but the ones who thrive are those who look past temporary troubles to longer-term opportunities. Appreciate the good things you have and the progress you’re making, no matter how small. Maintaining that optimistic perspective will give you the strength and motivation to go the extra mile, especially when the going gets tough.
