It takes a role model to become one.
This year, at Equals, we want to demonstrate the potential within every woman to achieve anything, individually and collectively.
Over 180 role models will be showcased nationally (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, and Almere), becoming an inspiration to others and future generations. Because we all have the power to become our own definition of success and carve our path to it, sometimes what is lacking is an example to follow: a role model.
Your age, color, sexuality, or neuro divergencies do not define you; it’s who you are and your story that matter, and with this campaign we, Equals, want to celebrate how anybody, you included, can become a role model to other women.
Because it takes someone like you to become a role model.
